Choose what you want to ask about: text, links, attachments and choices. Profile information is included automatically, so applicants don't have to write it again.
Process applicants together
All applications in one inbox. Set status (new, under review, shortlist, accepted, rejected), send message, and export to spreadsheet.
Get to know the applicants
Each applicant has a profile with "about me", fields of expertise and location – and CV, portfolio, certificates and references from people they have worked with, where they have shared them. Documents can also be attached to the application itself.
Reach the right people
Members who match your field and location get push notification immediately, and the activity appears in the weekly newsletter. You can also find candidates and invite them directly.
How to get started
- Create account for the organization – or log in if you have one.
- Invite colleagues from the organization page, and they will get access too.
- Post the activity and select "Application form on Kulturella". Applications arrive in your inbox.
Are you organizing a festival, concert or conference?
With Vangen, the event will get its own app with program, push notifications, QR tickets, crew scanning and booking in the booths – right in the browser, without app store.
Questions and answers
What does it cost afterwards?
The trial period stops by itself – it does not become a subscription. If you want to continue, you choose an organization membership and pay by card or invoice. If you choose not to continue, the activities and applications will remain, but the organization account requires membership to be used further. See prices.
Who sees the applications?
Only you who are behind the activity. Attachments are stored privately and shown only to you and the applicant themselves.
Can we still link to our own form?
Yes. You choose yourselves: application form on Kulturella, or link and e-mail as before.
