CICA Museum in South Korea invites authors, researchers, academics, and artists from around the world to participate in the 11th CICA New Media Art Conference in 2027, as well as the associated annual publication "New Media Art 2028". Accepted contributors will have the opportunity to present work and exchange ideas with peers in new media and digital art.

Participants who present or exhibit physically on-site will be included in the book "New Media Art 2028", which is scheduled to be published in December 2027 and distributed through major bookstores in Korea as well as internationally via CICA Press' website.

All accepted presenters must register and participate physically at the conference. The registration fee of 430 USD is, according to the organizers' own words, intended to contribute to diversity, inclusion, and cross-cultural exchange, but entails a significant out-of-pocket expense for the participant.
