Hub Feenix is a creative community and artist residency program in a historic sanatorium building on a 15,000 m² campus in Karjaa, approximately one hour from Helsinki. This is an open call for artists and creatives who wish to live and work there for longer than the usual 1–3 month residency stay, possibly as a step towards moving to Finland permanently.

The venue offers shared facilities such as workshops for printing, textiles, ceramics, wood and metal, 3D printing and sound studio, as well as common areas such as a film room, music room, gym and climbing wall. The residency normally runs from April to December, with winter stays January–March. Applicants from all artistic fields are welcome: visual artists, illustrators, musicians, writers, designers, craftspeople, journalists, curators and translators.

Participants must cover the costs of their stay themselves: an apartment costs from around 550 to 800 euros per month, and a private studio can be rented from 150 to 340 euros per month, in addition to reasonable fees for use of workshop facilities. Applications are submitted by free-form email with CV, work samples and desired stay period.
