This is a winter retreat for writers in the small town of Berdún, in the Huesca region of Spain. The place serves as an art residence (a work stop for artists) for the rest of the year, but in winter it opens especially for writers who want to retire and write in a quiet environment.

You get a separate room with a desk, access to the library, internet and good light, both natural and artificial. The stay lasts from two to three months. You can write fiction, script, poetry or essay.

You pay yourself 500 euros per month, plus some extra expenses. It is optional if you want to show off your work towards the end of your stay. To apply, send a project and a work plan by email to the organizer.
