Green Olive Arts is an international art studio in Tetouan, an ancient city in Morocco located near the Mediterranean Sea and is a UNESCO-listed cultural monument. The studio offers work stays (residences) of 3 or 6 weeks for artists of all genres, including visual arts, music, literature, film and performing arts.

You can choose between shared studio (along with 2-3 other artists) or private studio. The fee includes access to the internet, data with printer/scanner, wood workshop, printing workshop and other equipment, as well as help from local artists and craftsmen. There is also a joint lunch each week and a final exhibition or open-studio event.

You have to pay for travel, housing and food. Green Olive Arts helps you find accommodation near the studio, but doesn't cover it. The application must include a CV, portfolio (maximum 10 works), artist's certificate, application fee, and you must conduct a video interview. A local committee assesses all applications.

• Who can apply: Artists from all fields and countries, regardless of their place of residence.
• Field of culture: Visual arts, music, literature, film, performing arts (interdisciplinary)
• Covered / paid out: Nothing is covered by the organizer. Studio facilities, workshop and network are included in the stay fee you pay.
• You pay yourself: Accommodation fee of 10,000 MAD for shared studio for 3 weeks, or 15,000 MAD for private studio for 3 weeks (approx. 930–1400 EUR), plus a deposit of 2000 MAD. Travel, accommodation, food and materials are additional and not included.
