Art Print Residence (APR) is a professional printing studio specializing in etching (intaglio) and other printing techniques. Located in Arenys de Munt, near Barcelona in Catalonia, Spain, the studio offers space to artists from all over the world who will be working on techniques such as etching, woodcuts, mokuhanga, lithography and many other printing methods.

You can choose how long you want to stay there, from one week to three months. Accommodation takes place in shared or private rooms in a shared apartment with kitchen, living room and balcony. The studio has five intaglio presses, one relief press and one letterpress press, plus separate areas for mechanical work and cleaning of plates.

APR is privately funded and does not itself provide scholarships or support. You must cover the costs of your stay yourself, but the residence can provide you with a cost estimate and an invitation letter for use in applying for external funding.
